What follows is a thrilling tale in which the Charnetski family fights to protect the crystal and restore order to their lives while numerous characters vie to control the crystal. “The Trumpeter of Krakow” has been heralded as one the greatest works of historical fiction for young readers ever since its first publication in 1928.
